Terms of Service
Effective October 25, 2026
1. The service
Big I Do (“Big I Do,” “we,” “us”) provides software for wedding businesses: a studio app, apps for their couples and crew, and the pages they share, such as proposals, forms, booking pages and galleries. By creating an account or using the service, the business you represent (“you,” “your studio”) agrees to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 and able to agree for your business.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account, the people you invite to it and what they do there, and for keeping sign-in codes private. Tell us right away at hello@bigidoapp.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
3. Plans, billing and canceling
Studio is $69 per month and Team is $149 per month, plus any applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance to the card on file. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time; canceling takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change prices for new subscribers, and we will give you notice and the chance to cancel before any change to your price.
4. Payments from your clients
Payments from your couples are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and are paid out to your own Stripe account. Stripe's processing fees are separate from your subscription. Payment plans, autopay, tips and late fees run only as you set them up, and you are responsible for your own prices, refunds and policies with your clients.
5. Your content
You keep all rights to your records, documents, photographs and films (“your content”). You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, for example to show a gallery to the couple you share it with. You confirm you have the rights and permissions to upload your content and to contact the people you send messages to.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law; to send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive (texts and emails are subject to laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and CAN-SPAM, and you must honor every opt-out); to upload content you do not have rights to; to harm, overload or try to break into the service; or to copy the service to build a competing product.
7. Connected services
You can connect services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe, QuickBooks, Twilio, and Claude or ChatGPT. Each is optional, uses your own account with that provider, is governed by its terms, and can be disconnected at any time in Settings. We are not responsible for those services.
8. AI features
The assistant, “Write it for me,” smart import and gallery sorting use artificial intelligence. The assistant shows its plan and changes nothing until you confirm. AI results can be imperfect: review drafts, sorting and imported records before you rely on them. Messages sent from your studio are sent on your behalf, and you are responsible for their content.
9. Contracts and documents
Starter contracts, questionnaires and timeline rules are a convenience, not legal advice, and Big I Do is not a law firm. Have an attorney licensed in your state review any contract before you use it with clients. Electronic signatures are recorded with the signer's name, the time and a certificate of completion.
10. Our service and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, and we may improve or change features over time.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or does not pay, after notice where we reasonably can. You can export your couples and payments from Reports at any time, including before you cancel; after an account closes we handle your records as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Figures shown in the app and on our website illustrate how the software displays information and are not a promise of revenue or bookings.
13. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
14. General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and we will tell you about material changes before they take effect. Questions: hello@bigidoapp.com.
