Demonstration disclosure. Product screens on this page are the Big I Do App's own screens, filled with demonstration data. Studio, couple, crew, venue and vendor names, dates, dollar amounts, messages and timelines are illustrative; they are not records of real clients, real payments or real weddings, and any resemblance to actual people is coincidental. Wedding photographs are the work of Aurora Adeleigh and appear with the studio's permission.
No earnings claim. Figures shown, such as amounts collected, bookings this year, proposals viewed and growth over last month, illustrate how the software displays information. They are not a promise, projection or guarantee of revenue, bookings or business results, which vary with your market, pricing, season, marketing and effort. The founders' quote describes their own studio's use of the software.
Comparisons. HoneyBook is a trademark of its owner. The side-by-side comparison is based on the features HoneyBook lists on its public website as of October 2026 and may not reflect later changes, add-ons or integrations. Big I Do App is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by HoneyBook.
Subscription and billing. Studio is $69 per month and Team is $149 per month, billed monthly in advance to the card on file, plus any applicable taxes. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract; you can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices for new subscribers may change; your price won't change mid-term without notice and the chance to cancel.
Payments to your studio. Payments from your couples are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms, and payouts go to your own Stripe account. Big I Do App never stores full card numbers. Processing fees are charged by Stripe and are separate from your subscription. Tips, payment plans, autopay and late fees run only as you set them up.
AI features. The voice and text assistant, "Write it for me," smart import and gallery sorting use artificial intelligence. The assistant shows its plan and changes nothing until you confirm. AI drafts, sorting and summaries can be imperfect; review them before you rely on them. Messages sent from your studio are sent on your behalf and you are responsible for their content.
Claude and ChatGPT. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC, and ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI. Connecting either to your studio is optional, uses your own account with that service, is governed by its terms, and can be disconnected at any time from Settings.
Text messages and email. Texts and emails to couples and crew are subject to federal and state law, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and carrier messaging rules. Send only to people who have agreed to hear from you and honor every opt-out. Message and data rates may apply to recipients. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them.
Contracts and documents. Starter contracts, questionnaires and timeline rules are provided as a convenience and are not legal advice. Big I Do App is not a law firm. Have an attorney licensed in your state review any contract before you use it with clients. Electronic signatures are recorded with the signer's name, time and a certificate of completion.
Your data. Your couples, contracts, payments, messages and photographs are your studio's records. We use them only to run the service for you and do not sell them. You can export your couples and payments from Reports at any time. Connected services such as Stripe, QuickBooks, Google and Microsoft can be disconnected at any time and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Galleries and photographs. You keep all rights to the photographs and films you upload. Watermarks, download limits and print sales follow the settings you choose for each gallery. Prints and products ordered from a gallery store are fulfilled by your studio or the lab you choose.
